As I remember it, it was quite early - likely around 1991.

The venturi went down from 16.67mm to 15.08mm, which is a lot.

I don't know how much it is possible to open the venturi of a HDA-120, but I do know that it isn't just a question of boring it out - you need to know exactly what you do!
