I built the exact same saw, but with no base gasket, squish is .025.  Kinda interesting on the big variance of deck heights on these ( husqvarna) saws.  I see this a lot.

195 psi, is that with extra oil in the jug to seal the rings or just the premix?, I'm blowing 175 psi, with just pre mix,
