AlSled, did you use the Stihl piston or the one from the BB kit? I cannot remember.

Cool, I have to build two more of those saws for customers, and just ordered the C/P kits. Both Hyway, I will try to get an accurate deck to squish band edge height measurement on them. Perhaps that will shed some light on the situation.

Like I said before every one of these I do is a little different on achieving optimal squish! ???

Any one else have any ideas on what Alan and I are both noticing?

365 special.    I just rebuilt 4 350's.  they varied from .028 to .035 with no base gasket.
