I would wash out the bottom end with mixed gas to clean any debris that may have fallen in there when you took the cylinder off. http://service.webec.husqvarna.net/documents/HUSI/HUSI1998_USen/HUSI1998_USen_I9801045_.pdf
The above link is for a parts list it should help you to find the correct piece you are looking for in your picture above.

This link is to a YouTube video from a member here that explains how to remove aluminum transfer from the cylinder. It works really well. It is the method that I use and many members here use. Hope it helps.

That cylinder will clean up IMO. I just hand do it with emery cloth and elbow grease.  Then I finish up with 240 ball hone and cross hatch.

You can skip the last part and finish up with scotchbrite pad.

I havenít split case yet but i would really like to replace fuel line from tank.   Is it a part number or do you just use a good quality fuel line from somewhere  or is it a bad idea to split case if bearings and seals are ok   Can you think of any other things that would be good to replace

Guess that depends on how much you are going to use it. If I was going to use it to make a living I would replace most or all of the rubber bits. If for occasional use I would overlook of some of it. Also depends on how much money you want to spend.

I always buy the fuel line from husky. But I am sure there is an aftermarket fuel line that will work.

If the bearings and seals are ok then I don't see a need to split the case.

Yes. Only reason for splitting case is bearings or crank IMO
