Is it the OE original edition or the NE new Edition? They are different. IIRC the OE version does not have a primer bulb. These are good quality after market parts:

It must be NE, because it has a primer bulb. would this be what I'm looking for?

Looks like the right one to me for the NE replacement.

The old one had a decomp valve, But I never use it. Won't matte4r to me if this doesn't have a port for it.

I could swear I see a decomp place on aftermarket cylinder.  Just reuse yours or $2 plug.  http://www.hlsproparts.com/Decompression-plug-for-chainsaw-cut-off-saw-p/t635701.htm

It is best to not use it - a plug to replace it is listed in the IPLs.

Aftermarket usually means lower quality, a higher possibility for issues, and not as good porting as OEM - meaning less Power. Do you know that this isn't the case with that one?

You might be able to clean up the oem cylinder and just have to buy a new piston and ring.

Yes, clean up to original cylinder and use a new meteor piston if possible. Best bang for the buck!!!

If the cylinder is shot, I personally would go with a OEM top end. They can be bought for under $200.
