I did put a lot of oil in the jug befor pulling it over.  I also had no bar on it.  put bar on it and with the oil drained out I can pull it no issue.

Next new problem, can't keep it running, I turn the low speed adjustment screw 5 turns out and it does nothing, its running lean, now to take the carb apart.  This bugger is slowly testing my patience.
