What was the chain on stock and MM video's before the CL video?

The chain was Oregon 20LPX with 3-4 sharpenings on it. Fresh edge for
The stock video.

I didnt time anything. But that CL looked like the biggest gain in cutting cut times.

Folks that haven't used square chisel really need to find out what they are missing.

I never run square ground for a work chain, but at a GTG or the chainsaw race at the local fair I put my effort into a fine edge on a square ground. Only takes a couple knots and have to touch it up again. :)

I just bet switching the 550 to 3/8 RS or LG LGX would see pretty much the same thing ALMOST.

Least the 50cc 346's I tested on did going from 325 to 3/8 7.  ;)

It might. I went from .325-7 to 3/8-7, so you have the chain speed increase. My square filed RS has always whipped my round filed RS, so I'm fairly confident this would be the fastest combo on the saw. One great think about square on a limbing saw, very few cutters on a 16" loop!

Dang I just found this thread again.

Tz did you open up the little hole that is inside near the cylinder exhaust exit into muffler. I am thinking that needs to be opened too in my pee brain.
