Title: 353 346 presence lever replacement
Post by: Cut4fun on January 16, 2013, 12:00:20 pm
Something I never come across on a husqvarna 346 353 etc before was a broken in half presence lever. Looking at the one on the 353 I dont see any pins to knock out etc to replace the presence lever.

This one is broken in half and taped down to handle to try and hold everything together by previous owner. The throttle is still hanging up at times and sometimes dont allow trigger to move at all.

Any hints on presence lever replacement on the 353 346 saws?

Remove the throttle lock by pressing it to the left
and carefully levering it up with a screwdriver
on the clutch side of the saw to disengage the
lugs on either side of the throttle lock from the fuel
tank. When both lugs are clear of the tank, pull the
lock backwards
