Some how I have ended up with a 16" Oregon 95 chain. No clue what I had it just reminded me of a 325 LP style chain.
So I came in to see what I had and I guess it is narrow nerf?

The really bad part was I didnt pay attention to what I was doing and put a 325 spur on the 60cc 3500 today. I noticed it when I was putting 20" 3/8 on and try to free hand the chain across the bar. :-X :-[
So I just grabbed a 16" 325 and a unknown chain I had to sharpen.

Nice cutting chain, however both the chain chassis and bar tip are too light for serious work.

Whats the difference in the bars for that narrow nerf chain?
I just used a oregon powermatch bar and put that 325 oregon 95 chain on it. I had no clue what it was and aint buying a bar for it.

Mike a DL and make sure they are .050"

This is from memory, the bars are thinner. Regular .050 chain sticks out past the rails on a Micro-lite bar. Had alot of tip sprocket failure when we ran them years ago.

I'm going to use this 95 chain on the 45cc echo 4500 later on. It is more like a OE 46cc 346 power wise.
Weird micro cut cutter. Like a modified semi chisel.

We used them on 242/246 and OE346. Cut good but bars didn't like a steady diet of the limbing I used to do.

I love the little 95VPX NK chain, I use it on my Husky 338XPT with 13" NK bar, perfect setup for this little saw. Even worked great on my bone stock 346XP.
More aggressive in chip clearance and chip flow , longer filing life, less stretching ,holds a better edge then the Picco or 91 3/8 LoPro chains.

I operated a Husky 345 with an 18" bar and 95VP. It worked well for us, the narrow kerf allowed the saw to rev and cut poplar like butter. Ran another 345 with 21LP, I didn't time them but this one did not seem as forgiving.
