He's like that on all his used parts :o :o :o . Every now and then one will be priced reasonable but not often.

Occasionally the parts actually came from someone in Virginia instead of West Virginia that we are familiar with. I eventually decided that he was rather high on his prices. If the part was still being made it was cheaper to buy new.

I will wait for some messed up 3450 with a scored cylinder on ebay and get the whole saw for parts.

I got home late & forgot to check the offers, so when I got back to work promptly at 6:00 am, less than 24 hours from my offer, he left a note saying don't make an offer if your not going to pay. Well excuse me, for not waiting around the 48 hours you have to respond to take action.
