Title: New 880
Post by: aclarke on January 29, 2014, 09:34:29 am
Anyone have an opportunity to look at a newer ms880 with the stamped steel muffler?  I've heard the cylinder is very close to the 084 jugs?  Ports, Bolt spacing , etc

Think I remember that too. Cahoon told me the New jugs were very close to the 084. Interesting...

The coil is the thing that they were trying to figure out wasn't it. The new one is limited.

Yeah I think a 441 or 361 coil will fix it.

I have a bunch but I bet I missed a bunch.  I normally keep them on the down low unless I know the op is cool with it.

Adam, I have been good been selling off some saw stuff but even that takes precious time.  Day dreaming about a couple of projects.  I have an 066 RL I am collecting parts for.

What have you been up to Adam looks like you are picking it up a little, I have seen a lot more of you around.

About two weeks ago I had this noise maker come along and he interrupts my sleep.  ;D

David, congratulation on the beautiful baby!!  I remember those days, late night's and running on empty at work! Worth every minute...

spread thin with work, family, etc but still enjoy the saws!! Highly therapeutic! Lol!

Good group of folks here, nice change of pace from the other Saw sites.
