Title: Two Stroke Basics/a definition/explanation of tuning terms
Post by: KilliansRedLeo on February 07, 2014, 04:00:16 pm
After a good thread authored by 660Magnum and 3000FPS and scarr52. I thought that it might help others out and dovetail with the work 1manband is doing; to put up some basic definitions, relationships and controlling factors that are involved in the operation of a two cycle engine.

All this is in the public domain so no problem with copying it or redistribution, it is just in my own words.

I added a .pdf version for those that cannot open a .doc file

Enjoy

I think you can download a read only version of Microsoft word for free?

I use LibreOffice writer which is free but I can edit them and everything.

I agree that is cool, now all we have to do is relate all the stuff I just published to this animated version of the two cycle engine. Unfortunately I did not have enough ambition to do that. So, here is a 'like' just to get you started!
