Title: Trade: My awesome Super RedHawk for your hotsaw/bikesaw
Post by: SDB777 on February 08, 2014, 02:10:32 pm
That is right....I am looking to part with a collection worthy Ruger Super Redhawk 454Casull, serial number will take you to the first owner, founder of Sturm Ruger.....William B. Ruger!!! I received this firearm via trade with an employee at Sturm Ruger some time ago....and to be honest, I don't use it(I bowhunt mostly). This was no 'safe queen', I have put rounds down range.(Can include reloading data, reloading dies, brass, projectiles{to sweeten the deal for the right saw}

I would place value on my Ruger at $2,500.00(considering it's lineage) on the conservative side.

Shop towel is included(if that is what it takes to complete a trade)!

I am looking for a running hotsaw/bikesaw......what do you have?
I am willing to drive to the Arkansas State line in any direction to meet for a FTF trade(preferred) or ??.

PM for more details or to trade phone info....
Best to do that....and go from there!

Thanks for looking!

Very nice.  I've had my .44mag Super Redhawk since 1993 or so.  Great revolvers.

Ordered my .44 Super Redhawk as soon as I heard rumors that they were going to make them. A mid 3 digit serial number showed up and I've used it to take a few white tails and one elk.  I've put a lot of cast bullets thru it, mostly into my bullet trap.  Melt them down and make new bullets and do some more shooting.  Great big bore gun that I have no plans to sell.  They can be great fun with a lot less noise if you get the 10X rubber bullets, drill a bigger flash hole so the primer does not back out and have some fun.

Do all chainsaw guys have a Super Redhawk? I like mine a lot.  Shot a feral hog with it but never found it. My goal is to shoot a whitetail with it one of these days.

Maybe, but I bet I'm the only one with a Super RedHawk that was owned by the founder of the company!

Mine is a 7.5" 480 with an Ultradot 30 red dot sight on it.  Love it!
