I'm trying to find out what model Husky this carb/cylinder are from. It has a 52mm bore. I've never seen a set up like this .
-
That is from a Husqvarna 570/575/576 XP or a Partner 750/760 demo saw the biggest PITA on the planet to work on, just ask 3000FPS! They are almost as bad to work on as a 019-T Stihl! The carburetor is some sort of Zama, I don't even know because I HATE working on them! I have actually thought about raising my flat labor charge when one comes in for repair.

It sure looks like it came from a Husqvarna cutoff saw to me also. That K 760 is a real pain to work on.

The bore diameter is 51mm, as stamped on the top of the cylinder. That's the chainsaw version. The cut-off saw version has the compression release straight out to the side and the spark plug up on top, almost straight up.

Jacob J, was there an eagle in your family someplace? ::) I never even noticed the faint "51"! OK, Ford Jacob J has solved your mystery!

Perfect, thanks
