Title: Echo cs4600
Post by: leec on April 20, 2014, 08:49:38 pm
I have an opportunity to pick one up with a toasted piston, maybe cylinder as well.  Are there any sources for after market echo pistons?
 OEM parts are pretty pricey!
From what I've been able to pick up, these seem to be pretty decent saws.  Even better with a Muff Mod.

Nice saws. I know of no aftermarket for them.  But you can put p+c from 4500 same cc,  5000 bigger cc and thinking 4000 smaller cc on them.  They are super cheap used as sets.

Heck if you can clean your cylinder up for reuse just get a used piston.

I own a nice looking running 450 = 4500 and parts saw 450 = 4500 with P+C. Reason I bought it. But the cylinder had fubarred stud holes for muffler studs.  They need redone somehow.
