Title: Improved Mobile Support with New Mobile Layout

I just received this notice from the forum support. What it means for for you mobile users is clueless to me. I'm not up on this stuff.

Noticing more and more mobile users with that in mind we have just rolled a dedicated mobile layout for mobile devices to all forums.
 
 The system auto detects popular mobile devices such as iPhone, iPad, Android, Blackberry and Windows phones. Then loads the mobile theme for those devices.
 
There is also a link in the mobile mode to return to the full layout.
 
 On the full site view there is a link in the footer than when clicked goes to the mobile view.

I went on the site just the other day on my I-Pad and it came up with the new format.   I thought something was wrong.   It had all the posted information but none of the pictures and banners at the top.   
It does make it faster for downloading but eventually I found the link for the full layout and went to it.
I am just use to seeing everything in full layout and so I prefer it that way.

Mobile format is kinda lame after using the real deal! Lol! Didn't seem any faster...

Yeah I pulled it up on the road the other day and it was the mobile site...I was confused so went to the full site lol

Been updates on both ends, so could be on your end too. I dont use it so no clue here. But it shows still active here.

ok ,just had some time to look into things and heres where im at,i have just got a new phone and installed tapatalk,i have also installed my other forums with out issue,i have and can access this forum from my home computer but tapatalk is still coming up with the same message,failed to connect with server ,contact administrator if problem persists,i have reset my password and all,any ideas ?

I gave up on tapatalk. I show updated after I do the forum and then it dont work. So I'm done with it. Sorry.
