Do any of you know when  Husqvarna started manufacturing the 435 ?
I have a like new one here that my son gave me.
I was just wondering how long they been making them , and if they are still in production?

You can tell when yours was made by the serial number.

The Husqvarna 435 first came out in May 2008 but was likely not seen in USA stores until Christmas?

The current list price is $279.95 with a 16" bar. .325 X .050" narrow kerf chain

Give us your serial number except leave off the last 3 or 4 digits and one of us can tell you when the chainsaw was made.

The id plate may be up behind the clutch cover under the top handle?

Sorry it took me so long to get back but, I been busy as a one leg man in a butt kicking contest.
Any ways ,here is the serial number on the Husqvarna 435.  ( 09-1002458 ). Thanks for the help....
