Sorry for the turned pictures. Photobucket seems to take a while to update their database after I edit the photos to turn them right side up.
Second Case, ripped off spike mount.

Freaking nice.
I know someday when I have to split some of mine. I will have my rednecked crankcase fixes welded up right. I can think of 2 right now.
-
Nice job. Hard to work with that Filthy Magnesium!!!
-
Great job Shaun. The weld looked really good on the crank case crack.
It seems the welding jobs on saw parts can be endless. Once again nice work and another great save.

I was a little skeptical about welding that crack, but I ditch cut it, took my time welding it, and it turned out great. I wouldn't hesitate to fix another one like that.

Very nice!!!!!!

I've seen pictures of your weld work, pretty talented yourself. Have you been stepping on the tig pedal lately?

No I have not. My next project is going to be a log lift that I can attach to my car trailer.
I have a clutch cover coming from a guy I know on arborist site who is into Jonereds and has a crack in it.
Thanks Shaun.
