5105 in drag. They are more money from maruyama. IIRC they want $450 PHO unless things have changed in the last year or so. The Maruyama rep used to stop in here every few months and BS for a bit in between his normal stops. He brought his regional boss in one time and they talked like Dolmar was possibly going to use a maruyama trimmer to brand as their own so they could be back in the 2T trimmer market. The newest Dolmar trimmer...MS-27 which is 2T.. has Daye Power Tools engine on it.

i couldnt get past the name recognition or the lack of it. they offered to install the displays and give me 8 foot of lighted display to take them on. They definately have a following in the landscape world but around here nobody has ever heard of them.

Good point Nate, most have never heard of them.  Their 30L trimmer works really good, tons of torque.  I need a smaller trimmer for my house, gonna get one of their small units...

It's the same for Dolmar here.  Never heard of them here.

Bought the Maruyama BT23L for my lawn/weed work at my house, works great. A little underpowered for heavy duty clearing ,but great for homeowner stuff.
