Title: Shop trade ins
Post by: Old Iron Logging on December 31, 2015, 07:36:10 pm
We take just about anything on trade for new saws. If they are in great shape we resell them. Ones that need work we sell for parts. Some may need cylinders cleaned. Pistons or bearings in others. We do not use aftermarket parts so rebuilding with factory is not something that would get our money back. A retired gentleman used to buy them and repair or sell as is on e-bay. He has moved away so saws are piling up. Going to list some here if anyone wants a project saw.

MS261, 50 Husky, 525 Jonsered and Homelite 35 . These are complete, non seized, some scoring or bottom end noise. $50.00 plus freight.

254 Husky, Echo 5000. Complete, running, good compression, no rattles, dirty. $175.00 plus freight.

Just so you all know I have known Art OIL for many years now through internet and racing world.  I have had many transactions with him shipping back and forth.

He is one of the top notch honest folks out there to deal with.
