Can you summarize the key issues?  I am interested, but hard to watch all on a 'smart phone'.

Thanks.

Philbert

Thank for all the info you provide. I always learn something from each of your videos.  I wish I lived closer so I could drop by to be your "apprentice"!😃

Well I watched the part 1 of your dead saw series and thought it was very well done.    I usually do not take the time to watch a lengthy video like you have here but you kept it pretty interesting and moving along and not cluttered with a bunch of nonsense.    I will watch part 2 later and anxious to see the out come.

I do think though you are probably over concerned about the crank case were one of the ball bearings hammered into it.   Everything looked like it lines up good even though you found a little bit of a peening effect when you filed it.   Nice instruction video.

I watched part 2 and it would seem to me that if you are concerned about the crank turning at 14,000 RPM's, then if you bumped up the compression even more, that you are taking a chance of a similar failure with the crank.  It just seems to me 6 of one half dozen of another.

Was thinking that same thing after watching.  Its a toss up. :-\  Very informative nevertheless, and I always enjoy your clips weimedog.  Keep'em coming.   :)
