Title: Husky 246 in Action
Post by: Old Iron Logging on January 16, 2012, 09:42:57 am
Someone asked so here it is. Best saw ever built for my type of wood/work. I would give a new 246 2000 tanks of this work then buy a new one.

Never got all of this big poplar before the camera died. The 246 took everything I gave it. Had every Husky made from 242-394. Stihl from 024-088. No saw suited me better than the 246. I could put more wood on the ground in a 9 hr shift with the 246 than with any other saw I ever owned.

That little thing seems to fit the bill I'll have to say .

I doubt in my entire life time I've ever tripped more than a half dozen pine /spruce type trees .
