55,65,70,85 and 100cc old partners, they have all the same stroke with different bores. are the cylinder juggs all interchangeable??

i do know the s55 partner would take a 65 cc top end,but dont know for the others

I found out in my searching on my 550 the 650 and 7000 fit. I dont think the others do.

Partner small case PRO cases with oil adjuster hole in bottom will take ANY cylinder from 55cc to 70cc. Semi pro cases either black or yellow with bolt on oil housing on bottom take 55cc to 65cc. Pro cylinders have wider cylinder sleeves and will not fit non pro cases. K65/K650/K700 cut off saws cylinders also will fit Pro cases.

Pro cases: P55/P70/7000/7000+/cs550/Cs650/Cs7000 all have oil hole on bottom.

85cc to 1000cc are for those saws only!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A S50 F55 or S55 upgrade to 65cc is easy and very rewarding!!!!!!!!!!! both open and closed port pull good, also all older R series cases will except 65cc cylinders regardless of year. (r16-R517 or more)

I keep seeing saws advertised as P65??? no such animal that I'm aware of.  Pioneer Partner 650 YES!! P65 are most likely S65 or R series.

Is it possible to fit a 70cc top end on a semi pro bottom by boring the cases?   I guess the bolt pattern would fit

55, 65 and 70cc have a 36mm stroke.

85 and 100cc have a 40mm stroke, despite what Acres site state.

Btw, the cc numbers are not accurate.

i was playing in my partner junkpile yesterday, and found a 55cc partner with an aluminum spacer between the exhaust port and the muffler. its about 1/4 inch thick.   some saws have it,some dont. i wonder what it was for...
