Farmertec Holzfforma G111 top handle

Well that didn’t take long. 8 days to USA. G111 with 12” set up to add to the test stable.
Love seeing that full chisel picco 3/8lp chain like stihl 63PS too.

12" bar groove needed opened up. Bar Oiler holes were misdrilled. Still no biggie for me just a aggravating. All fixed.

First thing after going through. Tossed the muffler screen just like I did on my oem one way back. Sounds just like it.

Warranty says you need to run 25:1 to start out. Just so you know.
But I go 40:1 and tuned it up a tad but still fat for a 200 111.  I'm still fat at 11K

Reminds me of my old 200t so far.

Time will tell. This one has generation 3 on it.

Starting 2nd tank and used almost a full tank of bar oil too to tank of mix. Lunch time being I missed it.
It reminds me of my 200 I owned in the cuts. Time will tell.

Figured why not try it. Have read alot of problems with older ones. But this is 3rd Gen. Seems bugs have worked out.
Also read about clutches, clutch springs, oiler sometimes and the fuel lines and oil lines and av's. But IMO all easily replaced.

I'm just a homeowner that uses a trim saw around the house. So no commercial use from me. But have owned alot of top handles, 200T several 338's, 637 solo, echo's. But no new echos yet. Lots of poulan top handles too.

I was ask on the CRG if they added the lanyard clip for climbers.  Gen 3 shown in pic has it.

Just finished using this Gen 3 G111 again. Trimming up some maple limbs crowding one of my pear trees. 6"-7" limbs. Used the battery pole saw I bought wife in past and the G111 together. G111 is getting stronger. 😲😎

Little overkill trimming dead out of the pin oak.
But this G111T Farmertec runs just like my OEM 200T did.
Their known for weak av and oil pump in commercial world.  But homeowner use flawless to date. IMHO all they need is the whole screen system pulled out and tossed.

This is from commercial use at 2 tree company's.  Friend that owns one of the company's gave me feedback.

Hey Kevin.  They’re holding up surprisingly well. No real issues yet and seem to have a bit more power than the MS201t we use as well for pruning and small removals.
Gas caps, fuel vents, impulse line are typical Chinese low quality but no failures yet.
Ported a couple for a friend who climbs for a local tree company and he loves em, one had the crankcase seals fail after a few months of daily use.

Me using mine after tornado #1 this year.

Owned since 2018 so just homeowner used. Not abused like tree services.
