I did purchase this saw. The seller is an absolute ace to deal with.
So good i now have my third one on it's way. They're a beautiful saw
and very well made. If anyone is interested in one, you can contact
Robin on AS. To my understanding these will be discontinued in the
next year according to his Echo dealer.

On a side note i was searching Aussie Ebay and found that an aftermarket
top end is available for the 1201. Thought that is awful strange since
there are so few of these saws around. Must be more of these around in
other countries than we thought.

Really super guy to deal with. I had alot of bad thoughts
on the first saw thinking am i going to get it. But everything
has been fantastic. Just goe's to show you can't judge an
individual by there location.

Owner of both saws shared info on some differences on the echo 1200 and echo 1201.

Somebody had ask him what was the differences in  the 2 on CRG FB.

1201 updated coil which failed prematurely on 1200. Coil had a trigger unit/cdi attached to it, in cs1201 they moved the unit into the air box. Cs1200 had 4 piece clutch with bigger clutch sprocket, they went away with that and made 3piece clutch and smaller clutch sprocket for cs1201 which will interchange with 070. New tank handle that has a ridge that allows air filter rubber lip to seal better. Cylinder has new style mount for coil on cs1201, some old cs1200 had tilly carb. Cs1201 has walbro, apart from those its the same saw. Damn good milling saw i'll tell you that
