Is $350 a decent price for a used 346XP?
-
It would have to be like brand new 50cc NE version.
I was buying them for $395-$415 new in winter 2009 to spring 2010.
-
How do I tell the size and version?
-
primer bulb on left side. grey clutch cover. De-comp is a few off the top of my head. sticker will say 50ccc.
-
I can buy a new one for just a few $$$ more + Shipping. (The shipping is VERY reasonable too)

Brand @ my local dealer......$485
Sticker price was well over $500
For $395-$415......you sure you were buying a Chinese knock-off ;D
I saved some dough and bought mine from nmurph ;)
-
I bought my first one for about $400, but that was almost 3 years ago and didn't include a bar/chain.
OP, I can turn you on to a nice 346!
-
400 pho plus shipping brand new in the box
-
Thanks for the replies. I picked it up for $275 OTD.
Good condition, just over 150 psi compression, starts real easy. Biggest issue is that the chain is kind of dull.

$275 isn't a bad price, but I will tell you that saw has already lost at least 10psi of compression, assuming of course the reading is good.
