Long story short...uncle inherited 610twin....uses it as his big sdaw....offering him choice of husky 570 or dolmar 6400......I want to shelf the 610.....good offer or not?

I think your right on wanting to shelf it. Collectors like them.

They can still be picked up pretty cheap outside of collectors and ebay. I have passed on 2 at $150 a piece needing tuned up and a 3rd for $300 in like new. 

I have seen them bring $450 and up on ebay. The ebay buyers sometimes have more money then  ::) ::)
