Sorry hit your post Torx instead of reply.  Working 12 days in a row right now, tired.  Getting it while the OT is there, 5 months now.

Yes rear cap is fuel cap, oil cap is metal and under clutch cover toward the front where chain catcher would be.

One little BB between the gov is all it took to stop the carb from flooding it out in the cut.

I took a pic with cell phone of the oil cap, but having  :-X troubles getting it to my pics at the moment.

ok. I was wondering whether you had to remove the clutch cover to add oil or not. Guess that answered my question.

Anyone know anything about these ? I have one that needs a brake handle (metal) & some A/V mounts.

I had two, ended up selling the best one to a buddy who needed a saw.
Not a high reving saw as the stroke is 36mm, but they seem run great. Large squish, if I recall over .060"
Had to replace crank seals on all the S65 and S55 saws I had.
The front AV springs seem to be a little sloppy on the S65 and I fixed one of the top rubber AV mounts using a hockey puck and hole saw.
If I find pics I will post.

So does the 550 use the same seals as the 55 65?  Just wondering for down the road.
