After this weekend I am going to see if it likes the 357 pipe. Should be interesting.

I'm still trying to find the time to try a Bertrand 372 pipe on 2 372 woods ported work saws 76cc and 71cc myself. Just for chits and giggles to see if any gains at all.

I know the 2159 will sound good. Anything more will be a bonus. Didnt think you had any ported saws left.

I dont. Sold them both maybe 2 years ago, maybe last year, to a friend 20mins from me. Told him he should get that pipe from Simon. 8) ;D

the pipe will work alot better than the muffler even on gas but remember the pipe is not going to turn the same rpms as it does on alcohol

Ed, how much more is left in the 2159? A change of a few degrees or start with a new jug?

that 2159 for up here has alot left on the table compared to the same thing ported for up here , I'm sure the flywheel was never touched and the porting is lower than what I would run here , For down your way I would not touch the porting but tighten the squish as much as you can cause I'm thinking right now it should be .025 but there might be carbon on top of the piston . Next advance the flywheel, I built that saw in the beginning for Russ and he wanted it to be cooler than what he normally got. He was thinking of running a longer bar on it in the winter time when the snow got deep at his place
