change pipe cylinder to carburator

hello
I want to change the pipe between the hole in the bottom of the cylinder and the carburetor
is there a special tool or tips to put the pipe in the small hole? I use the same pipe as the fuel line am I true?
the pipe is not straight and it s hard to put in the small hole of the cylinder.
