You are looking for a seal 15 X 35 X 7.  This is a companion seal that goes along with 6202 bearing applications

Using these three numbers you should be able to find a seal supplier in France or where ever you are located?

Here's USA Ebay

http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=seal+15+X+35+X+7&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0&_nkw=seal+15+X+35+X+7&_sacat=0

The Nitril will be fine and is what the original seal was. Viton will work too but generally costs more.

The original seal was a single lip but you can use a two lip if you want as it would be better.

You could try warming up the area with a electric heat gun?

If you have a big soldering iron you could try warming up the bolt head with the soldering iron.
