Meteor Pistons work fine. Actually have two ( and a NOS Cylinder and a good used one that I want to build around ).  In a pinch a piston for a Husqvarna 394 will work.

Had a some 2094/5 pics in this vid & a pic of a meteor piston for a 2094/5 as well if seeing one might alleviate stress a bit. The tough part is finding new intake parts.

An eBay OEM piston...

And yet another eBay meteor piston source.....

Jump past 1/2 way for 2094, and about 3/4 thru pics of both Episan and Meteor pistons. Nice looking stuff.

Had a jonsered 2095 dropped off today to check over. Noticed missing muffler and scored piston from get go. Broken off brake handle. Doesn't turn over.

If I remember right from passing on these over the last few years. Parts are hard to find if I remember right?

Just reading and learning. I know I have past one on Craigslist for $200 or best not long ago in Ohio.

Justsaws from Zanesville Ohio posted this in 08. 2095s sold for $950.00 with 24"-36" b/c setups new.

Average used price for good running saws in good condition seems to be around $400-$600.00. Have yet to see any used ones sell for over $600.00, the last couple new old stocks went for $900.00.

Parts are still available BUT MANY ARE NO LONGER MADE AND WHEN THEY ARE GONE THAT IS IT OR SO I WAS TOLD. I do not know if that is true.

Jacob J  = There are no big bore kits for the 2094/2095 and the Husqvarna 394/395 top ends will not work on the Jonsereds. The case and cylinder heights on the 2094/2095 are different from any other saw.

I recently rebuilt a 2094 and I have one left to do. A Meteor 395 piston kit works well in the 2094/2095. The case gasket and base gaskets are still available as new parts through any Jonsered dealer.
The air filter is also still available new but many other parts are not available anymore.

Justsaws = The main differences between the 2094 and 2095 are the ring locating pins are further apart on the 95 and handle bars can be different. The 94 was also sold without a decomp. valve. The exhaust port on the 2095 is shaped different. The 2095 is a fine saw and will pull a 36" bar with ease. It was the last saw sold by Jonsered that had any Jonsered design left in the crankcase, muffler, and carb setup. Otherwise the last of the good Jonsereds. I buy any that I find as they are one of my favorite modern large saws. Very nice with a 3/8 8 pin and a 24" bar.
