This one is going to need split possibly.  Not holding mix in crankcase with my redneck way of checking without top.  Not seeing where mix is going either.  :o
Thinking maybe crankcase gasket leak possibility but to where yet I dont know.  :-\

Did you check the oil tank for mix after doing your seal test?  Could be leaking past the case gasket into the oil tank if the mix is disappearing and not going past the seals or ending up on the bench....

I never seen no crap like this, just checked it again. Half the mix out of the crankcase area now, just say 14hrs later, but cant find where it went.

I did look in the oil and gas tanks too.  ???

Yep in post right before yours. I'm puzzled.

That's weird.  When I made my post, those last two posts of yours weren't displayed.  The post I quoted was the most recent one I saw.........and yet they SHOULD have been visible given the time/date stamps.   Strange....

Maybe there is a 'dead' cavity in those cases where the mix is going because of a leaking case gasket).  I've seen case designs with 'dead' cavities.  Would have to split it or at least look at a case gasket for those to know if that's the case (pun not intended) with these.  Of course.....if there is a cavity that is filling..........eventually it will no take any more mix..... 8)

Thats what I was thinking and been looking for a pic of 2095 or even a 2094 crankcase half.

Weird on the post not showing for you.

I had a similar problem with a 2094.  It was a small leak somewhere between the 2 tanks.  Had to use motorcycle sealer to fix.  Holding up so far.  At least I haven't heard anything from the guy.  pizz poor design if you ask me. ::)

I'm still at a stand still because I dont want to split it if the guy isnt going to have me rebuild it.  I wouldnt put the $$$ in it myself, but you never know.

Thanks. I forgot about using a IPL

Appears to be a dead space right behind crank area and in front of mix tank.

I see it too.  If you end up splitting it for the guy..............betcha there's mix in that cavity.

Got some pics loading of the tear town. Notice the 2 indentations on the piston top exhaust side and the cylinder upper exhaust. Wonder if as bearing or other foreign object did this or some idiot put a screwdriver in there and did this?

Pics loading
