how dirty is it? when was the last time you pulled covers off and cleaned it out?
how's the tune on it? is it running to lean?
what muffler does it have? square outlet on the clutch side or is it the 'louvered' front cover? louvered cover has a screen behind it that may be getting plugged.
what fuel, oil and mixture are you using?
any fins left on the flywheel?
