Its so simple to do. Just like mine with fuel line on front where your white plastic will end up.
Take the white part off you got them in wrong order for install. Take the part that goes in bar tensioner hole off.  Now put the tensioner bolt in front of case and then put white platic in the case and back on the threads of bolts started. Then put the bar tensoner bar deal back in case and started on tensioner bolt behind the white plastic piece. Now just turn the tensioner bolt till you work the white platic pice up front to the slot. 2-5 mins job at most.
