Maybe I'm just being an idiot, and it's starting me in the face, but I don't see a piece of fuel line in those photos. I assume it's between the tension peg and the front of the saw?

Does is just fit on the threaded shaft with a bit of friction to keep the shaft from sliding forward when the bar is off?
