Chainsaw Repair

I wouldn't say that anything is "planned" beyond the fact that after a certain time there is no business case to be made to support a saw that is 30 years old. For those of us that have them of course, we'd like to be able to still get parts. But the number of such saws still in use is limited and the demand for parts is too small to manufacture or import them.

I recently scored another load of stuff from a former Jonsered dealer. I think I've got enough now that I will "go public" at some point and offer the stuff for sale. But I first need to inventory everything and get it organized and maybe on my website. Many of the part numbers are worn off the bags. Fortunately though, I'm enough of a Jonsered Geek that I recognize most of them.

There are some interesting things in those boxes, much of it NLA. NOS 70E cylinder assembly, 111 cylinder gaskets, a fair amount of 900 series parts. Lot's of goodies.
