The stroke is different (32mm on the 5000, and 32.5 on the 346), so basically not. There likely are other show stoppers as well, including what 660magnum said about the lower transfers. The carb of the 5000 also is too small for the 346 top end.

A lot can of course be worked trough or around if you know what is needed and how to do it, but at best it is far from a "bolt on" fit.
