Chainsaw Repair

I bought a new 2152 a month ago or so. It is a great saw,I use it as a climbing saw. But I have one problem it does not oil very well. I turn the pump up to the max setting and running a 16" bar. I did make a muffler mod it is now dual port. Where I put the new port was on the front of the muffler pointing down towards the oil tank. Do you guys think that it is heating the air in the tank and per say vapor locking it. It does not matter weather it is hot or cold it is always the same flow.

I have a 346 oil pump, that I might try out on to see if it is the pump or something else. Do husky and jred have the same bar tails and oil hole location.

Generally, the bars interchange - yes

The tank and top handles are usually unique to each brand as the Johnny red handles are generally straight across on top and they attach at a different angle on the bottom of the tank?

Yes + the plastic on the starter side, and the top cover, is different. 

The oil pump should be the same, and the bar mount surely is.
