......  2250 and 2255 look to be pretty good value. .......



Hopefully you are aware that those a plastic cased clamshell designs, unlike the other 50 to 60cc saws that have been suggested here.

Not everyone wants, needs, or can afford a pro saw.  People buying $300-$400 dollar saws want
something to cut some firewood, and want a reliable saw on a budget. Why try and sell a guy cutting a few
facecord a year a $550 2253 when the 2250 will do reliably for years for $200 less?

Didn't he say that the cheaper saws doesn't sell well in his area? My memory could of course be off....

Edit, memory was slightly off, it was about 180 - 300$ saws.
