The case is the same, it is the crank stuffers on the 357xp crank that make the difference in case volume.

Yep thats the difference crank stuffers only, that I know and or aware of.  Crankcases are the same.

Stuffers are only $12 apiece new and snap in place I think. 

I'm not seeing the stuffers part number, so what is it?

  The numbers are in plain wiew there, so I don't understand why you don't see them (503 97 00-01 and 503 97 00-02)?
