Husqvarna 262xp
« on: March 11, 2012, 07:13:43 pm »
I Have a Husqvarna 262xp for sale. It runs good. It has some scoring on the piston. I cleaned it up and put a new caber ring in it. My comp tester says it has 155lbs. New fuel line to i think.(its been a while)The brake handle and the muffler need replaced and i bought a used brake handle and a NOS muffler for it which will go with the saw. I have video. It runs rich at first because it takes about 7 pulls to start it when it has sat a while. 1 pull to start when warm. Power head only. $225 shipped to the lower 48. May be more to Canada. I prefer paypal. Thanks.
Ron

I would possibly trade this saw for a nice Stihl 026. Preferably a 026 PRO.....

Did you sell/trade it? Looks to be an early model with a KS jug. The jug is worth almost what you want for the saw IMO, also the little door for the electronics module in the rear handle is like hens' teeth!
