The three shoe type, do not need the drum or washer and bearing, unless you have the whole thing and want to part with it.

Im not sure where your from but I just seen these saws on local classified in my area it may be to far away for you. The guy had them posted for $125 last week I was going to buy them but he upped the price.

One complete 262xp saw and 2 more saws for parts. The xp has new crank bearing installed, needs tlc to use daily, all parts needed are there. $225 for all.
