Finally got me a hand painted cross cut.   Guy said it was painted by a women in Chatfield in 93 for his parents and their place. Their name is on the barn.  They moved in town and he has had it since. Remodeling his place he said he decided not to hang back up when done.

Pics dont do it justice IMHO.

 I had to turns the handles other way. But knew right where I wanted it.
