the basic mini mac chassis (mm110 etc.) was built from around 1976 all the way up to 1991-92. the eager beaver name was around since 1987-88.
most all parts will interchange, save for a couple internal engine bits. depending on model, the piston-cylinder will be a different size. and depending on when the saw was built, the crank can be slightly different. the early ones had a smaller keyway cut for the flywheel, and a smaller thread diameter for the clutch. it still can be used, but you need the older flywheel and clutch.--one small note: you can use the newer flywheel with the larger keyway in it on the older crank with the smaller keyway in it to add some timing if so you desire for some extra oomph.
if there is any side to side crank play, it is not worth putting any time into. the crank slops to one side and the other resulting in a airleak-no airleak problem that you wont be able to tune out. they will cut fine, but you wont get it to idle properly. these little saws just were not on the top of the list for machining quality. and quite honestly, there were far better stronger similar saws out at the time. even the carbs on these were poorly machined. so poorly, mcculloch was quite embarrassed about it. that is why zama was called in to fix the problem. after almost 16-17 years ::) . this gives you a slight idea of how mcculloch felt about there customers....i can go on about that, but thats for another day.
the airfilter is still available through stens, about $5bux or so. but if you want i can set you up on some used parts.
pull starter, airfilter and cover will be more expensive to ship than the parts cost.

and now for my 2 cents on these ;)
throw that pos in the trash and spend your time on something worthwhile. like a staring contest with a portrate :)
when I grow up, i wanna be an adult.
