Well it's back in the first machine shop 14-1-2014 I visited now to have a recess cut for the crankshaft throws and rod cap stud clearances cut and a slot milled in the base face for access to the rod bolts

Once these are done I can start setting up the cylinder fit as I have allowed an extra 10 mm on the cylinder face so the stroke clearances and sqwish can be set

I know it seems like its taking forever but the machining will be done either today and part of tomorrow, the delay was caused by the needed crankshaft relief that needed cutting into the block for the crankshaft throws all sorted now and may force the issue into making an open class saw if so it will allow me the chance of fitting one of the following intakes and creating a big bore reed valve engine



Here I could setup for dual BDC's of 35mm or



one of two other manifolds in V-12 configuration

Well the sadness has subsided its on the move again just getting the cylinder decked and the counter bore for the cylinder skirt ... all the holes to mount the oil tank cylinder and points / side cover drilled and tapped
