Once you get it hoisted up on a log the weight helps you .It certainly is not a climbing trimmer though .

 I was amused  once at Bill Poors GTG .Bill has some nice saws but in a scaboard attached  to a 4 wheeler ATV was  good old 610 or 650 Mac .

I've said it before and will say it again .This is one of the most over looked and under rated saws in history and for usually under 100 dollars is a very good choice for a fire wooder .
