I know  nothing about a 310,I've never even seen one.

That 610 is a relatively  older model  judging by the brake handle and appears to be in good shape .The bucking spikes were add ons .I never saw a new one so equipted .

They originally sold for aprox 230 bucks with a 20" bar, file ,couple goodys thrown in .K-Mart blitzed the market selling them for 169.95 with a 16" bar,no file no goodys .TSC and others sold what Oregon called a "cord cutter package " Two chains,20" bar ,file .Semi chisel ramped anti kick backs .You had to watch them though because some had those long safety gaurds that didn't cut worth a hoot .

The premise was with two sharp chains you could cut a cord of wood which would be about right .They alse erroniously suggested that wearing out two chains called for a new bar which wasn't true at all .The whole package was about 30 bucks .
