Can you show or tell me more on the 2 issues? Why is the fuel line a  and are the coils just faulty and unreliable?

Coils are a known weak point.  Most of the saws I've come across do not have many hours on them with weak/no spark.  May have had a dozen of these saws over the last couple years and two have had functional coils.  As for the lines, they are not as bad as the 57.  You have to either remove the tank or split it away from the case to replace the lines.  Limited space and multiple elbows make it a fun job.

Good runners when all is sorted out though....
