hi guys, came here searching for fuel line size  I have 3 of these plus a titan 57 that a lot of parts swap over from but yes coils are a problem,It is hard to see where the fuel lines run  and the one I need to put lines into now have crumbled away leaving some springs and crumbled black hose.I would gratefully take any suggestions on this job,as I dont want to fiddle with the other 2 while they still run they are pigs to start and do need carb kits .
But I will fiddle with this one firstI came here for a look and registered when this site first opened there wasn't much here then and tonight is my first visit back in a long time thanks to a google search link that I came across while looking for the right fuel linbe size.
I was blown away there is enough reading here to keep me happy all winter congratulations it's great :) :) :)

Pete

I have pics on another laptop.  Will post them later today.  I've been talked into doing this job again (50 and 57) so I will better document it.

Also, looking for usable 50 pistons if anyone has a source or parts saw....

Nice vid .Along the same lines I had to fish a new line on the Titan 70 and it was somewhat a pain in the buttocks as well .Worse today was a fuel line for a 2100 Huskey but that belongs in  a different sub topic of the forum ,

Thank you very much for taking the time to make the video as stated way better than pics, just getting the correct fuel line was worth it.The pressure fitting you describe is it along the lines of a piece of fuel line with a setscrew in it,,I am not looking forward to this as once I have done one and it works I gotta do 2 more.As the hard starting I am now attributing to fuel lines,so may as well rering the other 2 while I am at it they dont have as much compression as the first to be fixed cheers and thanks

Anytime I can help.

Oil tank line

Oil feed line on the right.  When putting the tank on make sure this line goes over all others and right up against the intake boot....this is the easiest one to pinch.  Line on the left is the impulse

Tank lines already installed ready to assemble.  Top left is oil tank breather.

This is the exact configuration for the 50 although this is a 57.  I eliminated the thumb oiler on this saw due to the plunger not functioning anyway.  Would recommend doing this on all 57's......makes the job WAY easier and it oils plenty without.

just put this up as I remember someone looking for pistons, (mewba) If I was  a lot closer I would buy them just for the coils
